Cycling
There is a traffic-free cycle route running throughout the development site and on to the site access between Ewart Drive and Choppington Road. It continues for a further 70.0m south on Choppington Road before cyclists are advised to join the carriageway.
The National Cycle Network Route 1 runs to the east of the development and can be reached in approximately 3km. NCN 1 runs from Dover to the North of Scotland and provides local connections to Blyth, Seaton Sluice, Whitley Bay and Ashington.
